Our current pricing model offers the whole of our platform from just £5 per client per month. It means access to all our current beanie automations, the MTD Command Centre, Client Insight Agent, houbeanie our AI Agent, and Authorisation Agent. Great value for half the price of current tools that only add efficiency to a single task.
When signing up to be a part of the beanieverse, we have an onboarding programme with our customer success team, who help you get set up correctly and make sure you're getting the most out of your subscription. We also have explainer videos within the beanieverse; these show you how each product works in a clear way that is easy to follow.
Setting up on the beanieverse doesn't take long at all; it's just a matter of connecting your clients to the platform via Xero, HMRC, or Dext. We highly recommend that any current processes you use within the firm are as tidy as possible, as this will amplify the benefits our tools can offer.
Like any new piece of software, your staff will need to learn how to use the platform. With a clean UI and smooth user experience, it doesn't take long for users to pick up how the platform works. Additionally, we recommend choosing a 'Champion' — someone who will manage the beanieverse and understand it inside and out. They, and any other staff who will be regularly using the platform, should be part of the onboarding process to be guided through the inner workings of the beanieverse.
